Lydia Shock

Lydia is an American actress from North Texas with over 15 years experience in both stage and film. She discovered her love of acting at age 5 while enrolled in musical theater. She participated in theatrical stage productions for most of her younger years before finding a special love for the film industry in her teens.

Lydia has a particular passion for comedy, dramatic features and sketch writing. Lydia has been professionally trained in feature film, network comedy, network drama, sketch comedy, and vocals.
